Step 2: Login to the back end ò your Magento 2 store.
From the Admin sidebar, navigate to Sales > Orders.
Then you can take the order details and other related information.
The import function allow CSV and XML file type.
By default, Magento 2 does not have import order function, you can use an extension from a 3rd party provider. We suggest to use Orders Export and Import for Magento 2 by Aitoc, by using this extension, you can also easily transfer Orders from different versions of Magento (1.x. / 2.x.) or third-party solutions.
Select single or multiple orders and explore the Export menu to choose the file format that you want to export.
Step 1: Prepare the file to export. You can export the order data to either .csv or .xml file. The CSV file keeps data in plain text format with a series of values separated by commas so that it is really simple to read and edit. The later form, on the other hand, is a binary file that requires Microsoft Office to read but it is more informative with the capacity of presenting numbers, tables, chart, etc.
